Clint Donaldson

In 2009 after spending more than two decades working in the residential construction industry, starting as a carpenter and promoting to a Superintendent and then an Estimator, Clint, like many in the home building industry, had to pivot. He took his can-do attitude along with a heart for helping others and decided to start a landscaping business. In the years that followed he combined his extensive construction knowledge with his passion to learn everything he could and decided to add more services than just lawn care. Today, New Image Design Landscape has grown into a thriving business providing a full array of services that range anywhere from landscape maintenance to landscape design and installation and everything in between.

Clint knows that relationships and trust are everything. You’ll always find him striving for more, whether he’s answering phones, organizing employee’s workloads, or dreaming up new ways to reach out to customers, and he has personally installed just about everything he sells as well. His relational approach trickles down to the subcontractors he works with as well as his crews in the field who do the hands-on work for his clients. For all of Clint’s landscaping team, digging in the dirt isn’t just a way to make money, it’s a way to connect with people!

With his construction background, Clint is not afraid to get dirty, and he understands the way things “should” go together. He is always up for site challenges and finding creative solutions for problematic areas. Clint is involved in every phase of all installation projects, coordinating and synchronizing everyone along the way, and he works closely with his CAD designers to ensure that concepts can be properly executed in the field. He works side by side with all crew members to make certain that proper techniques are employed to guarantee their work meets the New Image Design Landscape standard, and he always communicates with his clients on a regular basis to keep them well-informed of their projects.

When Clint takes a few moments for himself, you can find him hanging out and traveling with his family as well as working on his other “passion” project, his motorcycle. He has a great love for vintage Harley Davidsons and finds joy in meticulously restoring them.
